    As a pivotal addition to our Customer Success team, you'll play a key role in shaping our client engagement strategy and ensuring our continued success.

    Leverage marketing automation tools to spearhead successful digital marketing campaigns.
    Analyse performance data to optimise and tailor reward programmes for maximum engagement.
    Unearth and capitalise on opportunities to boost account growth and retention.
    Deliver compelling presentations and training to clients, backed by insightful data analytics.
    Proven Experience in Customer Success or

    Account Management:
    Demonstrated ability in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction in the SaaS or technology sector.

    Exceptional Communication Skills:
    From presenting to CMOs to training client teams, your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is key.
    Comfort with data analysis to inform strategies and prove ROI to clients.
    A belief in collaboration and mutual growth, sharing successes and learning opportunities with the team.

    Eagerness to engage in continuous learning and development, both for personal growth and for the benefit of our clients.
