- Collaborate within project teams to implement new financial systems, upgrades, and changes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Support ongoing migration projects, particularly the adoption of Elite 3E across global offices, while also assisting in the enhancement of existing finance systems.
- Develop and maintain financial system procedures, specifications, and training materials, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of system upgrades and new functionalities, documenting results and assisting with user training.
- Take ownership of user accounting, reporting, and planning requirements, translating complex processes into system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and Tech teams, effectively communicating system decisions and requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance business efficiency and finance outputs.
- Provide day-to-day systems support for all users, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist with system administration tasks such as data security, user access controls, and entity structure maintenance.
- Experience with PMS, Elite 3E or Aderant in a legal or similar environment, with other ERP experience considered advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to implement business process improvements and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, SSRS, Excel reporting, and Power BI dashboard development.
- Advanced IT skills, including writing macros in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Power-Suite.
- Familiarity with InTapp, ChromeRiver or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure and experience in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment preferred.
