AboutYou
This role is ideal forsomebody who wants to develop themselves or have a career in theHousing Sector. You will need to problem solve, be able toself-motivate and use your own initiative whilst working alone andtake pride in your work and providing an excellentservice.
The ideal candidate should have atleast one years' experience in a similar role, have a basicunderstanding of repairs, and passes in English and Maths at GCSElevel or equivalent. You will also have clear and effectivecommunication skills, excellent time management skills and theability to deal with difficult conversations as well as experiencein using Microsoft Programmes.
