    We have an excitingopportunity for a Scheduler to join our team Someone with strongcommunication skills, that is passionate about helping people andwants to deliver excellent service to our customers. The role willrequire you to:

    • Arrange day to dayrepairs on our ad-hoc system to ensure efficient scheduling of ourresponsive trade operatives.
    • Communicateeffectively both internally with colleagues and externally withtenants, sub-contractors and thirdparties.
    • Support our customers to access andengage digitally.
    • Be able to prioritise, manageworkload effectively and be able to deal with emergencies shouldthey arise.
    • Be flexible and a good team playerwith a willingness to support other schedulers within theteam

    AboutYou

    This role is ideal forsomebody who wants to develop themselves or have a career in theHousing Sector. You will need to problem solve, be able toself-motivate and use your own initiative whilst working alone andtake pride in your work and providing an excellentservice.

    The ideal candidate should have at leastone years' experience in a similar role, have a basic understandingof repairs, and passes in English and Maths at GCSE level orequivalent. You will also have clear and effective communicationskills, excellent time management skills and the ability to dealwith difficult conversations as well as experience in usingMicrosoftProgrammes.
