    Permanent contract | £29,269 to £31,364 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week | Countywide, Norfolk

    Are you ready to make a real impact?

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join our unique team within the Learning Disability Team. We review Supported Living and Residential Care packages under the Care Act 2014.

    We work across the County of Norfolk and your base will be agreed following offer.

    We work from home the majority of the time, but working in the office is optional for those who prefer. We meet once a month in person for Team Meetings. Assessments will be carried out in person.

At the heart is the vibrant city of Norwich with excellent shopping, a vast array of restaurants and a pub for every day of the year. Travel links are extensive, with direct rail links to London and Cambridge and Norwich International Airport with flights to Europe and beyond.
