    Description

    Tradeteq uses the power of technology to deliver products that help asset sellers and investors make better decisions, work smarter, and be more efficient.

    As our London team grows, we're seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace Manager to join us. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the oversight of our company's infrastructure, internal software, and hardware tools. When we are in the office, there is always a fully stocked snack draw and Friday lunches on us. We are big on work life balance, and work around our core hours, and our investment in IT, and use of Slack and Zoom is perfect for flexible working

    Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
    Design, implement, and manage cloud network architecture to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.


    Microsoft 365 Management:
    Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
    Ensure data security and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.

    Monitor the performance and cost-effectiveness of these tools.

    Supervise the full lifecycle of desktop, from provisioning to retirement.
    Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for company devices, integrating security tools to ensure data protection.

    Procurement of Hardware, Software and Services:
    ~ Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and services.


    Staff and Contractor Onboarding/Offboarding:

    Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and contractors, ensuring the provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts, access permissions, and assets.

    Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain and audit IT security policies and procedures.
    Conduct regular testing and updates of the DR plan, ensuring security measures are aligned with business continuity goals.

    Proven experience in Azure infrastructure management, cost control, cloud networking, security tooling, IDM, and staff/contractor onboarding/offboarding.
    Strong knowledge of scripting languages.
    Proficiency in vulnerability and penetration testing, as well as remediation strategies.
