    Description

    PHD Global are looking for an Digital Activation Director role who can lead a sizeable team. This role is a leadership position, where you will have responsibility of 4-5 small team leads who are close to the biddable activity in EMEA markets. Ideally you are a programmatic and/or paid social expert

    Reporting into the Head of Activation, this role will responsible for team management & staffing, pod revenue growth and profitability, work quality, biddable consulting and activation principles. You will have extensive experience working across multiple digital channels and a plethora of platforms. You will have a passion for developing excellence in a large team and enjoy the accountability brought by information-hungry clients.

    We are looking for the next digital leaders with excellent communication skills, who are ready to take their next steps to agency leadership
