    Description
    Lead Data Analyst - London (Hybrid)

    My client, a forward thinking, leading public service provider are on the lookout for two new Lead Data Analysts to come and join their existing team in senior roles.

    These positions will play a pivotal role in shaping our data analytics strategy and driving insights that inform key business decisions.

    You will lead a team of analysts (up to 20 members), collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business objectives and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

    This role will be based from my clients London office (N1 postcode) and would require office travel twice per week.

    a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
    the end-to-end process of data analysis, from data collection and cleansing to interpretation and presentation of insights.
    statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities within large datasets.
    and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
    abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    demonstratable experience in Data Analytics, with experience leading a team of at least 5/6 members.
    with the likes of SQL, SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle
    tools like Qliksense & Power BI
    languages – Python & R
    managing senior stakeholders and end-to-end projects
