    Building high-calibre Finance & Accounting teams | Founder @ Gravitate | / .Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing FMCG business? If you are looking to lead a team and with responsibility for their supply chain operations, this could be for you.

    You will play a vital role in optimising inventory management, driving growth, and ensuring seamless operations across the entirety of the organisations supply chain.

    Lead a growing team and oversee the development and implementation of an efficient supply chain strategy.

    • Foster a great culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising outofstock situations, while optimising working capital.
    • Analyse historical data, market trends, and customer insights to refine forecasts, improve accuracy, and drive proactive decisionmaking.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, costeffectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally with stakeholders, including procurement, production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth endtoend supply chain operations.
    • Collaborate closely with sales & marketing teams and utilise market intelligence to develop a robust forecasting process, accurately predicting customer demand.
    Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG/Manufacturing/Pharma/Retail industry.

    • Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimisation.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisionmaking.
    • Flexibility to embrace a work environment that offers flexible working arrangements.
