    Irwin Mitchell's Immigration team's work is interesting and diverse. Working with individuals and businesses, the team can help with anything from completing applications on behalf of individuals, to auditing businesses to sponsor non-settled workers and ensuring their compliance
    Undertaking legal research;
    Assisting with visa applications including drafting online application forms and arranging appointments for the clients;
    Undertaking administrative tasks as required such as opening matters, requesting and reviewing AML documentation, preparing letters of engagement;
    Assisting in the promotion and marketing of Irwin Mitchell's immigration services
    Recent Immigration paralegal experience is highly desirable
    Working understanding of the UK's current immigration categories and system is essential
