- Lead and manage a team of Technicians to maximise workflow and productivity.
- Ensure repairs are completed timely and accurately, meeting quality standards.
- Cover for the Site Manager during periods of absence.
- Conduct necessary repairs to cover team absences, particularly during holiday periods.
- Oversee health and safety regulations and ensure safe working practices within the workshop.
- Carry out quality control to ensure repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards.
- Extensive understanding of the repair industry, vehicle legislation, and trade practices.
- Previous experience as an MET, Panel, or Paint Technician in an accident repair background.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on producing compliant, high-quality work.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work, as well as delegate tasks effectively.
