- Vous êtes contributeur aux plans de distribution vers les régions, en étroite collaboration avec l'Administration des Ventes et les Régions du monde (Asie, US, Japon, Europe, UK)
- Vous coordonnez les expéditions entre le fournisseur, les entrepôts et les marchés
- Vous pilotez régulièrement avec les régions le niveau des stocks packaging
- Vous répondez aux demandes de stock packaging spécifiques (Marketing, Développement, ouverture de boutiques, etc.)
- Vous participez à la création et l'analyse des KPIs de l'activité Supply Chain Packaging de la Division, pour partager les résultats et identifier les axes d'amélioration
- Être contributeur aux plans d'approvisionnement, en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires
- Mettre en place des KPIs pour le suivi de la performance des livraisons (OTIF, Qualité)
- Gérer l'enregistrement des factures fournisseurs et effectuer le suivi du paiement avec le service comptable
- Gérer le suivi des documents cadres fournisseurs
- Etudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac + 5), vous avez des connaissances et appétences en Supply Chain, une première expérience en entreprise où vous avez pu mettre en avant votre maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel et VBA, Power BI, ERP) est un vrai plus.
- Vous présentez un goût pour la résolution de problème et possédez de fortes capacités analytiques. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre persévérance, votre autonomie et votre bon relationnel.
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais.

Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe Opérations Horlogerie Joaillerie Division, en lien avec les régions, vous aidez à mettre en œuvre la stratégie packaging des produits finis sur l'ensemble de la Supply Chain. Vous garantissez la disponibilité des produits dans les points de vente et vous pilotez les stocks et les approvisionnements en adéquation avec les objectifs de l'équipe.
