    About theRole

    As EYFS Lead you will play apivotal role in shaping the future of our early years program. Yourexpertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that ouryoungest learners receive the highest quality education nurturingtheir curiosity igniting their passion for learning and laying thefoundation for their futuresuccess.

    Responsibilities

    • Providevisionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team fostering aculture of collaboration and excellence
    • Developand implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum aligned with nationalstandards and tailored to the needs of our diverse studentpopulation
    • Assess and track pupil progressensuring that each child receives individualized support andreaches their full potential
    • Collaborateeffectively with parents and carers to support their childslearning at home
    • Foster a stimulating andengaging learning environment that promotes creativity explorationand a lifelong love oflearning

    Requirements

    • QualifiedTeacher Status and relevant educationaldegree.
    • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2students preferably in a similarsetting.
    • Excellent knowledge of the nationalcurriculum and current educationaltrends.
    • Strong communication skills both verbaland written.
    • Ability to differentiateinstruction to meet the needs of diverselearners.
    • Outstanding classroom managementskills and ability to create a positive learningenvironment.
    • Commitment to continuousprofessional development and reflectivepractice.
