    We are looking for Delivery Consultants/resourcer's who are ready to start their career within the recruitment industry and join Fruition IT at an exciting period of growth for our business.

    There are exciting opportunities to join our well-established team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients.

    This includes some of the biggest brands in the Yorkshire & UK technology market We provide you with all the support you need and a passionate working environment that you will be proud to work in with likeminded individuals.

    The role is varied and no two days are the same The role is fairly candidate focussed and includes sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, interviewing candidates for suitability, making job offers and handling rejections, plus more You will also be expected to build relationships with existing and future clients, attend client meetings to explore opportunities and negotiate terms of engagement.

    The Delivery teams is made up of a group of talented 180 Recruitment Consultants, focusing on candidates.

    Their job is to create the perfect match between clients and candidates, ensuring that the candidate meets the requirements for the role.

    At Fruition, we have an excellent reputation for candidate care, this is spearheaded through our Delivery team who promise to provide an exceptional service to every candidate they speak to.
