    JUNIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY WITH A LEADING TECH COMPANY IN LONDON


    Junior IT Support Technician role available in London for a Computer Science Graduate (or equivalent).

    Comprehensive Package:

    - Responsible for managing IT equipment and phones for all employees
    - Initial point of contact and resolution for all IT-related queries
    - Oversight of IT infrastructure and security for Keyence UK & Ireland's premises
    - Procurement and inventory control for IT and phone devices
    - Deployment of IT workstations through software distribution, covering various systems and software
    - Troubleshooting Microsoft component issues
    - Execution of IT projects, including intranet development and new system rollouts
    - Provision of basic network infrastructure support
    - Administration of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, and Office365
    - Coordination of IT supplier engagements and procurement activities

    The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
    - Enthusiasm for project-oriented tasks
    - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving aptitude
    - Background in Computer Science or equivalent field
    - Valid driving licence requirement; Coding knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
