    Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Recruitment Support Officer for our client based in Watford

    Role Overview:
    As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our client's smooth onboarding process for their new hires

    Working Hours:
    9:00am - 5:00pm (Homebased, but must be local to the Watford office for training and team days)

    Pay rate:
    £12.83 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:


    Administer pre-employment and onboarding checks for new hiresEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policiesLiaise with various stakeholders to gather required informationWork collaboratively within a team environment to achieve recruitment targetsUtilise strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and colleaguesDemonstrate excellent IT skills to manage and coordinate information streamsPrioritise workload effectively and manage time efficientlyRequirements:Possess a Basic DBS Certificate.
