As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll be at the heart of this journey, collaborating with our close-knit team comprising one other Salesforce Developer, a Salesforce Administrator, and our visionary Head of Salesforce. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our CRM development initiatives. You'll thrive in a balanced work environment, spending three days collaborating at our central Sheffield office and two days enjoying the convenience of working from home. Reporting directly to our Head of CRM, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our Salesforce ecosystem. From conceptualization to execution, your responsibilities will encompass crafting, testing, and deploying tailored Salesforce applications and features. Your toolkit will span declarative configurations and programmatic methods, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Furthermore, you'll ensure seamless integration with external systems, prioritize data precision, and perform essential data tasks like modelling, migration, and cleansing.
