Sales Purchasing Administrator

Salary:
£27,000 - £28,000 plus Annual 10% company bonus (paid consecutively for 7 years)

Join this hugely successful distributor who service the cosmetics and healthcare sectors, Renowned for collaborating with some of the UK's largest household brands.


70% of the role will be processing end to end orders, these are not reactive orders and are scheduled up to 3 months in advance.

The remaining 30% consists of co-ordinating freight forwarders and managing Suppliers and purchasing


Responsibilities

  • Processing domestic and international orders from customers
  • Using client portal to review and prioritise orders
  • Getting quotes from couriers and arranging special deliveries
  • Dealing with customer complaints, updating the Compliance Incidence Log & Salesforce cases
  • Liaising with our warehouse and forwarders regarding export orders
  • Setting up new clients on system
  • Feedback any issues / delays on purchase orders to customers, copying the salesperson, if appropriate
  • Stock management practicing FIFO and ensuring that the oldest stock is dispatched first
  • Sending CoA's, invoicing, credit notes
  • Supporting purchasing department: Placing and processing purchase orders with suppliers based on consolidated sales orders received
