- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, packaging, and other supplies essential for product manufacturing.
- Inventory Optimisation: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimising carrying costs.
- Supplier Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and agreements.
- Distribution: Ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of products from global warehouses to customers and consumers.
- Logistics Optimisation: Streamline logistics operations to reduce shipping costs and enhance performance.
- Warehouse Management: Develop and manage relationships with warehouse, distribution, and freight partners to ensure best-in-class service.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyse KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Global Warehousing Expertise: Proven experience managing global warehousing and distribution for CPG/FMCG businesses, including D2C, B2B, and global sea-freight.
- Service Improvement: Demonstrated ability to deliver service improvements and cost management initiatives.
- Demand Planning: Expertise in demand planning and S&OP processes.
- E-commerce Experience: Experience with e-commerce D2C service requirements, development, and implementation.
- ERP Proficiency: Previous experience working with Sage X3 preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to extract, manipulate, and present data from multiple sources.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
