    Description

    And we are searching for a b2b marketing superhero that will be responsible for leading, defining and executing the growth strategy for our b2b offering.

    You will be obsessed with all things marketing - planning, data, execution, long-term vision and experimentation.
    Have full ownership and autonomy for closing business within current and your own sales pipeline and to target strategic accounts
    ~ Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards
    ~ Manage current accounts and customers to ensure good relationship, services, smooth renewal or repurchases
    ~ Demonstrated recent experience in a Sales or Account Management role
    ~ Experience selling SaaS/ employee benefit solutions to local and large organisations
    ~ You will work closely with our product/engineering team and analyse customer behaviour data to develop our B2B CRO roadmap and report on analytics to our key B2B customers
    ~You are a creative and passionate individual that is excited about the opportunity to support The Body Coach mission to make the world fitter, healthier and happier by grow our B2B business and offering You are able to manage your own work load and time; use your initiative and can effectively project manage all B2B pipeline, sales and accounts management.
    You understand the value of data, love numbers and analytics, and are able to identify trends so we can report user engagements and insights back to our customers to make sure our B2B offering is delivering value to our customers

    Experience:
    You will have 10+ years previous B2B sales and account management roles in a fast-paced start-up or brand.
