    Who are Altus Consulting?
Our business was founded in 2005 with the belief that Financial Services should be faster and more efficient, and has subsequently grown to become a leader in strategic consulting and technology across Insurance, encompassing General Insurance, Specialty Markets, Protection and Health. Now part of a 1,000 people strong Financial Services solutions business, Equisoft, that works with over 250 firms around the globe, Altus Consulting today has a team of around 100 consultants working on some of the industry's most complex problems and largest transformations. For the last three years Altus Consulting has been recognised in the Financial Times list of top UK Management Consulting firms.

Headquartered in the beautiful city of Bath, and with offices in central London, Altus Consulting's mission is to drive positive transformation in Financial Services for the benefit of our clients and their customers. We provide an inclusive, positive, safe business for all of our team to work in.

    In return you can expect:

The opportunity to work on some of the most interesting projects in Financial Services, around the globe. Supported by a close-knit team of industry and technology experts and using our tried and tested consulting toolkit, you'll be given full training and support as you progress through your career as a consultant and participate in growing the business. Additionally we provide:

You will be working directly with our clients to ensure that their transformation projects successfully deliver what their business actually needs and demonstrating the advantages of the Altus approach.
