The Programme Delivery Consultant Analyst reports to a Principal Consultant and will provide support to our clients and Consulting project teams across all domains, support active engagements and client accounts, and help to develop new business.
You will be working directly with our clients to ensure that their transformation projects successfully deliver what their business actually needs and demonstrating the advantages of the Altus approach.

What support will I receive?
You will be supported throughout the programme to study & achieve certification for an industry relevant qualification e.g. the Association for Project Management qualifications
Support to become a skilled Consulting Analyst with a good working knowledge of Altus' domain offerings, including the APEX & PEAK frameworks
Access to a variety of learning pathways with the opportunity for personal development and career progression
You will be assigned a working mentor who can provide guidance on Altus vision & values, learning techniques, methods, models and career progression
3-5 years experience in the Financial Services industry
Experience in a change, or project management role within FS
Proven track record of building strong business relationships
A willingness to travel and undertake varying roles
