    OVERVIEW

    We are a dynamic team managing diverse healthcare projects worldwide. The Account Manager role involves overseeing the successful delivery of independent medical education projects within set parameters and reporting on outcomes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Project Management
    • Handle a portfolio of Independent Medical Education projects aligning with business goals and company strategy.
    • Manage project requirements, stakeholders, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Organize and execute offsite education events and maintain project documentation.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance product portfolio and brand visibility.
    • Stay updated on new tools and technologies for program development.
    • Financial Management
    • Ensure accurate financial tracking, budget management, and invoice handling throughout projects.
    • Compile program costings for new opportunities and support business development initiatives.
    • Record project hours for productivity evaluation and oversee licensing subscriptions and accounts.
    • Editorial Support
    • Maintain high scientific and editorial standards in all communications, including content creation and copywriting.
    • Manage faculty logistics and ensure compliance with content reproduction policies.
    • Create reports for funders and provide valuable feedback for future project development.
    • Other General Duties
    • International travel may be required.
    • Participate in group meetings and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

    • Broad understanding of healthcare therapy areas
    • Fluency in written and spoken English

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Project management background
    • Experience in vendor management and editing
    • Knowledge of STM and Medical Communications industries

    DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

    • Event coordination and digital content management skills
    • Contributions to marketing campaigns for educational programs
