About therole

Reportingto the Management Accountant to provide support in the recording ofall purchases complexpayments settlements and reconciliations. Therole would suit an ambitious candidate who is willing toput in hardwork and up for a highly demanding and challenging role. The roleexpects a strongcommitment in a challenging environment.
You will have a minimum of 2 years direct experience ofworking in Finance Assistant role or similarcovering all aspects ofbookkeeping bank reconciliations payment runs etc. preferablywithin a FXbrokeragefirm.

Keyresponsibilities

Asa Finance Assistant you will be responsiblefor:

Our Group accounts payable andaccounts receivable processes
Processing on SAPof all banking transactions and reconciliation of all accounts on adailybasis
Processing payment runs for allgroup businesses on a fortnightly basis ensuring accuracyat alltimes
Processing and checking employee expenseson a daily basis
Assisting the team with themonth end processes for all group businesses including ourItalianoperation
Working with our ManagementAccountant to ensure accuracy in reporting of accruedincome usingour internal systems and SAP
Assisting with theannual statutory audit and ensuring rigorous processes arefollowedthroughout the year to result in a positive auditoutcome
Managing and producing statements forour partners (Introductory Brokers) and processingthese payments ona monthly basis
Assisting with all otheradministrative duties and processing documentation being aproactiveand helpful member of the small Financeteam
Supporting our Finance Team in ensuringprocesses are accurately and efficiently
managed.

Ouroffice is in Central London (Mayfair) and this role is officebased.

A minimum of 2 years in anAccounts Assistant role
Experience working withSAP Business One
Good knowledge of accountingprocesses
Excellent Excelskills
Understanding HMRC requirements andregulations

Excellentanalytical reasoning and problemsolvingskills
Being selfdirected and motivated withthe ability to identify solutions not justproblems
Enjoy working both independently andas part of a team
