    Junior Administrator - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Glacier Energy

    Description

    Accountability:

    • Checking, stocking taking and ordering Stationery/ PPE.
    • Providing general clerical/admin support across the team e.g photocopying, scanning and typing.
    • To undertake routine administration tasks.
    • Update computerised records/information.
    • Raising Purchase Orders.
    • Booking accommodation via email/telephone.
    • Office cover during staff holidays.

    Person Specification

    Experience

    • Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office).
    • Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
