    Description

    The Newson Gale product range mitigates static charge accumulation by using practical and innovative design, and ensures effective static control on three levels – grounding and bonding clamps, visual verification and interlockable control systems.

    Being a market leading global brand, our small team of Regional Sales Engineers play a pivotal role in maintaining our competitive edge.

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Export Sales Engineer to join our team at a time of continued expansion.

    As our Export Sales Engineer you will provide day to day support to Channel Partners and other Customers to get maximum attention on Newson Gale products and solutions, and therefore maximize our brand presence within their market.

    Providing response to Customers product or delivery time queries, inquiries, opportunities, complaints, GRAs etc. within your assigned region within acceptable response times as set by the Regional Sales Manager.

    Qualify inbound leads and inquiries using the BANT-C method qualification, ensuring compliance to ISO/IEC:2018 and internal quality assurance procedures.

    Issue quotations in accordance with internal quality assurance procedures, ensuring they reflect customer requirements.

    Customer orders processing within CRM including passing all relevant information for Compliance checks and preparing Contract Review when required.

    Working in partnership with the Sales Team you will be responsible for your assigned region's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    You will be expected to manage sales in multiple channels – direct or via channel partners.

    Ensure the regional sales pipeline is accurate and regularly updated.

    With respect to channel partner sales you will be expected to issue monthly "Sales Report" and to participate in regular meetings with each channel partner to review their performance to date, opportunities, training, and development requirements.

    To increase Newson Gale presence in your assigned region, you will be expected to support organization of exhibitions and webinars as necessary which may include: product launches, technical training, etc.

    In line with Newson Gale compliance policy this role will be expected to carry out appropriate tasks and follow such policies, as necessary.

    Only in exceptional circumstances and when authorized in writing by a member of the compliance team, will any deviation from compliance policy be permitted.

    Established work experience in UK or Export Sales.

    Comfortable in office, digital, and field-based environments.

    Have the willingness to travel and spend 2-3 weeks abroad at a time.

    A challenger sales professional mentality, who is comfortable having difficult conversations and handling objections.

    The willingness to travel throughout the Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa on a consistent basis.

    T. skills and be experienced using a CRM system.

    Good planning and organizational skills.

    Problem-solving skills with a solutions-based approach to sales.

    Holds exacting standards in terms of quality.

    Have a second language.

    Please note, although flexible working arrangements are available, there will be an expectation for you to attend our site in Colwick, Nottingham regularly.
