    Description

    We are looking for an Export Sales Engineer to join our team at a time of continued expansion. As our Export Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our competitive edge as a market-leading global brand.

    Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Qualify inbound leads and enquiries using the BANT-C method qualification, ensuring compliance to ISO/IEC: 2018 and internal quality assurance procedures.
    • Issue quotations in accordance with internal quality assurance procedures, ensuring they reflect customer requirements.
    • Process customer orders within CRM, including passing all relevant information for compliance checks and preparing contract reviews when required.

    In partnership with the Sales Team, you will be responsible for achieving your assigned region's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This involves managing sales across multiple channels, ensuring the accuracy of the regional sales pipeline, and collaborating with channel partners to drive performance and growth.

    • Support the organization of exhibitions and webinars to enhance Newson Gale's presence in your assigned region.
    • Take ownership of opportunities and quotations as requested by the Regional Sales Manager.

    Additionally, you'll need to:

    • Have established work experience in UK or Export Sales.
    • Be comfortable in office, digital, and field-based environments.
    • Demonstrate a challenger sales professional mentality with excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
    • Be willing to travel regularly throughout Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
    • Possess strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
    • Exhibit good planning and organizational skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
    • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
    • Be proficient in a second language.
    • Please note: Regular attendance at our site in Colwick, Nottingham is expected, although flexible working arrangements are available.
