    Job Description

    We are looking for an efficient and productive Creative Services Manager to sit at the heart of this innovative brand and communications creative agency based in Farringdon.

    This independent agency is a brand-focused agency that operates across the entire spectrum of brand-related and communication services, encompassing brand strategy, visual identities, toolkits, print materials, motion/video, digital assets, packaging, and experiential design. They take a holistic approach, excelling in all areas with exceptional results.

    As their Creative Services Manager you will be at the core of their studio, ensuring effective communication between the creative, client services, PR and strategy teams. You will drive creative efficiency and planning, increase productivity and making sure that the agency always has the strongest talent to hand, both in-house and freelance.

    You are confident, knowledgeable, intuitive and you always ensure inputs and outputs are successful and clearly articulated. This is a role for a naturally organised communicator who is a strong team player and who has a very detailed and focused approach to all they do. You know the conceptual creative process in its entirety from design, asset creation, content development, print and production processes and programmes and everything that this entails, such as budgeting, planning, resourcing, trafficking and delivery.
