- Prepare various Prepaid Schedules and post monthly journals- Assistance in month-end close.
- Exchange Rate Maintenance.
- Responsible for monthly Accrual Journals.
- Assist the CoE Manager Financial Reporting and ASC in Noida to drive efficiencies and process standardization.
- Preparation and reconciliation of Swiss TB, prepare monthly and quarterly BS reconciliation.
- Participate in year end and quarterly audits by External Audit.
- Experience in Financial Accounting or Management Accounts experience in a commercial finance environment. Understanding of internal financial controls
- Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP, Blackline, SOX)
- Excel – intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, some formulas).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, completing priorities and escalate or resolve issues appropriately with proven ability to meet financial deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and work well within a team.
- Proactive and innovative.
