    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Social Creative (or Senior Social Creative), you'll lead producing social-first video content from ideation, planning, art direction and shooting mobile-shot content.

    You'll work on producing BAU content as well as Social Campaigns.

    We're looking for someone who understands how to create social-first narratives and produce video content that's culturally relevant for channels such as TikTok and Instagram.

    This role will be our 1st creative hire in our London hub, so has the opportunity to build a team around them and see progression within their role.

    • Ideation of social-first content, both BAU content and large Social campaigns.
    • Writing full briefs and scripts for our production team to shoot.
    • Going on shoots regularly and self-shooting mobile-produced content.
    • Leading on shoots from an art direction perspective when our Production team are involved, ensuring our briefs land exactly how you envisaged them at the planning stage.
    • Liaising with clients to ensure you understand their brand, so you can bring their identity to life on social.
    • Editing social content from time to time.
    • Nurturing a team of 1-2 Junior Social Creatives (not immediately, but in the next 6-12 months), whom you'll support from day-to-day line management (weekly 1:1s, monthly 1:1's) and help support their training and growth.
    • Support on pitches from time to time, showcasing your creative ideas.

    Requirements

    We're looking for someone who loves ideating and producing social-first content and knows social platforms inside out.

    • 4-7 years of experience in Social and/or Creative.
    • A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and pop culture.
    • Base-level experience in editing on Premiere Pro.
    • You have a creative flair and enjoy supporting BAU & Campaign deliverables.
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
    • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
