    Job Opportunity:
    FP&A Director- Diagnostics & Genomics Business Unit

    Take the lead in our Diagnostics & Genomics Business Unit as FP&A Director This role involves driving financial planning processes, being responsible for management reporting, and spearheading commercial excellence initiatives.

    You'll work closely with the BU Finance Director, Business Unit Financial Controller, and Finance Manager Special Projects, contributing to financial decisions.

    Support month-end accounting close processes and prepare financial materials.
    Lead the Business Unit P&L, ensuring performance targets are met.
    Drive site financial P&L ownership and FP&A operational improvements.
    Professional qualification in finance or accounting (MBA and/or CIMA, ACA/CPA preferred).
    Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and cost accounting practices.
    Leadership experience in high-performance teams.
    Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
    Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
    Critical thinking abilities and adept relationship development are crucial, alongside proven project management capabilities. A logical, goal-oriented attitude rounds out the qualities we're seeking in our Global Finance Director.
