    Description
    We're seeking a skilled Multi lingual (English/French/Spanish) Collection Specialist to engage with clients and retrieve outstanding payments. Your role will involve maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring prompt payments are made.

    Our ideal Collection Specialist will demonstrate professionalism and reliability, possessing exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to work autonomously.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, accounts payable, and data entry. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.


    Responsibilities:

    • Contact individuals who have outstanding debt to arrange payment
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate account records
    • Utilize accounting software to track accounts and update information
    • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information
    • Analyze financial situations to determine the best course of action for debt collectionSkills:
    • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
    • Knowledge of accounting software for managing accounts
    • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
