- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve project management processes and techniques.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a knowledge in the civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
