    Description
    We are looking for an Estimator/ Surveyor for a small to medium sized main contractor based in London SE1.

    Within this role you will have annual salary, holiday entitlement, ability to work remotely and in the office based 10 minute's walk from London Bridge station.


    Contract:
    Full time – Permanent
    Negotiable – depending on experience
    As a quantity surveyor and estimator you will be responsible for working within the team reporting directly to the managing director and supporting the team in delivery of projects including:
    # Dealing with estimating and surveying duties
    # Projects ranging from £100,000 to £2,500,000
    # Cost management on existing projects
    Managing subcontractors to facilitate works and works timetables
    Collaborating with teams on site and in the office
    Degree in construction with quantity surveying and construction experience working on jobs of various sizes

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
    • Helpful but not essential: driver's license and own car
