    Description

    Hire Resolve is seeking a Tax Manager to join their client's team. With their client-centered approach and dedication to excellence, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can thrive and make a difference. As a Tax Manager, you will lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area, ensuring the delivery of quality tax services and enhancing the firm's reputation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide effective tax planning and advisory services
    • Review and analyze complex tax returns prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies
    • Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
    • Participate in business development activities, networking events, and industry meetings to expand the client base
    • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on client engagements

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in tax accounting or related field
    • CTA qualified
    • Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership and management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
