    Lead Business Analyst (Banking Domain Experience)

    Location:

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Architect to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in banking and finance, along with a strong background in UI, data flows, cloud architecture, and data modernization/transformation programs.

    In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating COTS products and leading data modernization/transformation programs.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Domain Expertise:
    Possess a deep understanding of the banking and financial industry, including regulations, processes, and technologies

    UI Development:
    Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-friendly interfaces that meet business requirements and enhance overall user experience

    Data Flows:
    Analyze and map data flows within the organization, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize data flow efficiency

    Cloud Architecture:
    Develop and implement cloud architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness

    Data Modernization/Transformation Programs:
    Lead data modernization/transformation programs, including evaluating current data systems, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and developing strategies for migration or transformation

    COTS Product Evaluation:
    Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, including data integration tools, software solutions, and analytics platforms, to determine their suitability for the organization's needs

    Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions

    Documentation and Reporting:
    Prepare and present reports, architecture diagrams, and documentation to communicate solution designs, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and management

    Team Leadership:
    Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of business analysts and architects, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business architect, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in the banking and financial industryStrong domain expertise in banking and finance, including knowledge of regulations, processes, and technologiesExtensive experience in UI development, data flows analysis, cloud architecture, and data modernization/transformation programsFamiliarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and the ability to evaluate their suitability for the organization's needsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAbility to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
