    FP&A Manager HealthcareLocation: London – Hybrid

    Competitive Salary:
    £100-130k (+ bonus)ML10022Finatal are on a search for a FP&A Manager to join a highly profitable Private Equity backed healthcare business. The opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth following a secondary PE buyout; therefore, they need a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.

    With a pipeline of M&A deals, the company is quickly establishing itself as one of the leading businesses in its space.

    Due to the impressive growth, you would be an integral part of the finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced Private Equity environment and be a key growth driver in an exciting and market-leading business.

    You would be an integral part of the slim finance function, with significant responsibility.

    You would work closely with senior stakeholders and report to a fantastic CFO, which provides unparalleled opportunities for mentorship and development.

    The ideal candidate would have worked in a Private Equity backed business, sector relevance is of less importance, this role would not be suitable for a candidate coming directly from practice.


    The Role:


    Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts and budgets – focused on people cost analysis and business performance analysisAssist and present financial reports and board presentations.

    KPI reportingPlay a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting processes regarding new sites and potential M&A activitySupport the finance team in the compilation of month end and year end reportingThe requirements:
    ACA or CIMA or QualifiedAt least 4 year in Industry
