    Description

    We are seeking a candidate to manage a team of diverse experts in various specializations on a daily basis, while also handling their own development workload.

    The ideal candidate should possess outstanding management and technical skills, fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

    They will play a pivotal role in driving design and innovation, not only within our organization but also across the Electric Vehicle Charging Industry.

    This position requires close collaboration so is office-based.

    Key Responsibilities include supervising and developing the team, ensuring adherence to detailed documentation and reporting standards for new features and releases.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalentProficiency in circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layoutExperience in board bring-up for digital and analog circuitsFamiliarity and proficiency with Altium 365 and Altium DesignerKnowledge of EMC design principles, industry regulations, and best practicesExperience with lab testing and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, AC and DC loads, and near-field probesProficiency in C, Embedded C, and C++Familiarity with agile product development practices, project management tools, toolchains, and unit testing softwareExperience with standard tools like compilers and debuggers, especially ARM-basedExperience with microcontrollers including ST Microelectronics SM32 series, Espressif, and Atmega, particularly 32-bit variantsStrong problem-solving skillsMinimum of 4 years' experience in a managerial role within an electronics development environment.
