    Supporting and guiding Managers and Employees on policies, procedures and employee relations queries

    Work with the Director of People to implement and maintain a meaningful performance review system

    Actively contribute to initiatives and projects such as DE&I, ESG, early careers, employee engagement, and learning and development programmes

    Regularly review and propose updates to People policies and processes to reflect changes to local legislation

    Develop and lead management development initiatives to equip them with essential people management skills such as effective feedback, communication and managing performance

    Becoming an expert in our core values to help us hire to them and therefore uphold and enhance our culture
