    Head Chef, near Fort William Scotland, £50kAmazing opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to join this award winning, luxury 4* 2AA rosette hotel in the Highlands, Scotland.

    Newly renovated, this stunning hotel has 14 bedrooms with incredible views over the surrounding countryside.

    Set in the Scottish Highlands, the hotel houses a 2AA rosette bistro offering exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce.

    There is also a high standard Lounge menu serving exceptional food in a more casual setting.

    In addition, during the summer/tourist period, the hotel will host hog roasts, wild venison roast etc in the grounds using the finest Scottish ingredients.

    As the Head Chef, you will be * Creating stunning menus using local, seasonal ingredients
    • Fully responsible for the running of the kitchen and service
    • Leading and motivating the team as well as encouraging a passion for food and standard
    • Involved in tastings for functions and weddingsYou, as the ideal candidate, would be an experienced Head Chef with a proven career history experienced within rosette kitchens (min 2AA rosette) creative with flair with attention to detail and presentation genuinely passionate about exceptional Scottish food and ingredients able to lead, manage and motivate a team and work as a team player able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitudeInterested?
