    Description
    Our client is a renowned entity in the FMCG industry with a global workforce of over 1000 employees. With a growing presence in the UK, they are committed to delivering quality products and services to their customers.
    This exciting role will design, implement and lead the Customer Service process:
    Subject Matter Expert lead of SAP implementation
    B2B Customer Service management for customer journey - working with customers from Order through to Payment and supporting with all inbetween
    Forecasting customer requirements and planning of stock

    Longer term:
    to Recruit, supervise and lead a customer service team
    Develop client service procedures, policies and standards
    Handle complex customer complaints and enquiries
    Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback
    Prepare reports and analyse customer service data
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
    A successful Customer Service Supervisor should have:
    Proven experience in a customer service team lead or leadership role
    Comfortable with system implementations or upgrades on SAP
    Currently working for a household brand and working with retail customers would be advantageous
    Strong understanding of customer service techniques and standards
    A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
