- Manage all aspects of quotations from reviewing, costing and completion in an efficient, profitable and timely manner whilst monitoring expenditure throughout the entirety of the project.
- Ensure all information for the final account is presented and that it is accurate and on time.
- To be responsible for the management of the Site Foremen and Site Operatives and to ensure that work undertaken by them is carried out to a satisfactory standard and complies with the company's contractual obligations, policies, procedures and work instructions and in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Produce site Specific Risk Assessments for individual projects as required.
- Liaise with the client as appropriate and update drawings and designs as required.
- Attend contract review meetings, site meetings and surveys with colleagues, customers or their representatives.
- Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have good knowledge of the current IEE wiring regulations.
- Hold appropriate electrician qualifications.
- Knowledge of electrical installations works.
- Full driving license.
- Previous Contract Manager experience – working with projects with a value of approximately 20k-800k in the Hotel, Leisure, Retail and Commercial Industries.
- IOSH for Construction Site Managers.
- Holiday – 25 days + 8 bank holidays.
- Training and development where required.
- Company vehicle.
