    Job Description:
    As a Site General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operational activities.

    Reporting directly to the board of directors, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire site's operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving FMCG business and to work closely with key stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage all site operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and enhance overall operational performance.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the site.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives aimed at achieving company growth objectives.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
    Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
