    Leadership and Professional Development

    Our comprehensive talent suite leverages a combination of proprietary talent IP, talent data, analytics and insights to help customers understand their workforce and existing talent gaps, and deliver targeted talent interventions at scale using HR technology.

    People are every organization's greatest asset. Decisions about people should be as carefully thought out as any financial or operations strategy.
    Assess talent for potential, readiness, fit, and performance using Korn Ferry assessment tools and methodologies.
    Employ a research-based talent review process that differentiates talent, links to actionable development and deployment and minimizes bias.
    We use insights driven by analytics to help clients with selection, development, career and succession planning, build vs.

    To deliver client assessments, including assessing using a range of assessment tools and methodologies, assessment report writing, providing assessment feedback and managing the delivery of assessment client engagements.

    Individuals will contribute to bids, and manage/lead relationships and/or projects of considerable complexity.

    At this level, business development and client relationship management feature as an important focus of the role in addition to delivery.

    Individuals may major on either delivery or business development, or indeed have more of a mixed portfolio. Regardless of major, individuals will contribute to bids, and manage/lead relationships and/or projects of considerable complexity.

    Develop and manage effective client relationships either as a member of an account team or by directly managing accounts including potential key accounts.

    Contribute to key accounts by project managing work streams and/or leading delivery teams.
    Lead research, analysis and interpretation on client / sector business issues, performance, client competitor performance etc. active networking, asking for referrals, partnering across KF lines of business. Contribute to winning profitable business by proposal writing, pricing, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity spotting in clients. Speak at local or national events in own area of expertise to enhance the KF brand. Support less experienced consultants through mentoring and project-based development and coaching.
    Support relationship development with large key clients as part of an account team.

    May take the lead as subject matter expert (Assessment & Succession) working with relationship managers / sales leaders to shape significant commercial proposals that meet client needs.

    Lead and/or contribute to thought leadership and /or research, managing relationships with business and thought leaders in the Assessment & Succession area and speaking on national (possibly international) platforms to enhance and extend the KF brand.

    Typically, a relevant higher (Master's or Doctorate) degree plus considerable relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function in progressively larger and more complex/high impact client situations.

    Alternatively, significant work experience in a top tier professional services firm.
    Experience in the delivery of assessments, accompanied with talent management, and/or succession planning.

    Intense experience using assessment tools and methodologies including cognitive, behavioural and personality assessments, multi-rater tools/feedback, behavioural interviewing, feedback, development planning and coaching.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
