    • HybridSalary: up to £32,000 (DOE)Job SummaryPortfolio Payroll are currently working with a large organisation in the Doncaster area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to join their team.
    They provide an excellent working environment, work from home opportunity and great opportunity for progression Key Duties/Tasks:

    Technical skills including Payroll System experience & excel skillsSupport the busy payroll department high volume starters and leaversExperience dealing with multiple payrolls of varying shift patternsMust have very strong Excel (VLookUps/Pivot Tables)High volume, fast pacedProvide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Reconciliations.


    Manual calculationsExperience of T & A system very useful Desirable skills and attributes:2+ years payroll experiencePrevious payroll experience in a fast paced and high-volume environmentA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a teamExcellent communicator as you will be answering queriesConfident with Excel BenefitsPensionFree parking on-siteUp to 25 days paid holiday each year plus public holidays.

    Hybrid workingFlexitimeNormal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am to 5.30pm with 1-hour unpaid break.
