- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, English, Communications, or a related field
- Senior experience in a creative team in an ad agency or corporate marketing department
- Native fluency in English
- Proven experience in marketing localization for a global marketing or communication team
- Experience working in the EMEA market
- Firsthand experience executing digital, social, and broadcast campaigns
- Role is hybrid; work in the office at least days a week or from home. This role has a preferred location of London.
- Additional native fluency in languages such as Spanish, French, German, Polish, Italian, Czech, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, Japanese, Tagalog, or Mandarin is considered a plus
- Experience building and maintaining multilanguage copy libraries for multiple customer segments, campaigns, and other initiatives
- Thorough understanding of writing and designing for a specific target audience and incorporating guidelines for brand voice
- Ability to utilize research and data to inform messaging
- Strong bias for action and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Experience working in Recruitment Marketing is a plus

This role resides on the Global Creative Services team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing

Transcreation and Translation Management:

Linguistic Quality Assurance:
