    Business Development Manager (Field Based)

    Location:
    Denbigh & Bangor

    Salary:
    £25,000 - £36000 DOE (plus OTE)

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

    Our client, experts in waste management serving commercial and domestic clients nationwide, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to look after Trade accounts and to grow the area.

    This role will have you covering Denbigh & Bangor.

    As part of our friendly and supportive team, you'll get all the training and backing you need to excel in your role.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Knock on doors to engage potential customers
    • Fuel business growth by signing up new clients in your designated area
    • Manage and attend your own appointments
    • Champion and sell our products to both existing and new businesses in your patch
    • Forge strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients

    Requirements:

    • Top-notch communication skills
    • Previous experience in a similar gig
    • Proven success in door knocking and cold calling
    • Quick and effective problem-solving
    • Self-motivated with serious organisational skills
    • A talent for negotiating and connecting with people
