    Description

    Are you an experience Salesforce Consultant looking for your next challenge? We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our client's dynamic team in a Senior Consultant role

    As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and maximizing the potential of the Salesforce Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing innovative strategies, optimizing products, and enhancing customer engagement.

    This role will involve:

    • Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Cloud Solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Products
    • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize the platform's capabilities.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.

    Qualifications

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, configurations, and customisations.
    • Create user guides and technical documentation for clients and internal teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce consultant
    • An understanding in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
    • An understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools is a bonus
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Office based, minimum 2 days per week
