    Fixed term until 31.25 with a view to permanent
    5 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 days

    The Headteacher and Governors of Highfield are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Level 2 teaching assistant to provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

    This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and to support pupils with routines, transitions, behaviour and self-care.

    • highly motivated and able to establish good working relationships with pupils and colleagues, acting as a role model
    • experienced in supporting SEND children with communication and cognition and learning needs
    happy, enthusiastic and friendly children who love to learn

    • The successful candidate will join the support team in school and will contribute to the high standard of teaching and learning at Highfield . The position is a great opportunity for a teaching assistant who wants to further their career within a good school with a strong and innovative Leadership Team.
