Contract Scotland are working closely with one of the UK's most recognised family-owned building contractors to source a Senior Project Manager to lead a large project in Aberdeen.

Our client boasts a strong portfolio and can offer continued work in the local area.

As Senior Project Manager, you will have extensive experience managing large new-build projects from inception to completion.

Planning and overseeing the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Managing and leading the project team, ensuring that all team members are working towards the project goals and objectives.
Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans to minimize project risks and ensure project success.
Communicating with stakeholders and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Facilitating project meetings and ensuring that all team members are uptodate with project progress and issues.
Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Providing project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders as required.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction, or project management.

10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.
